Hi ya'll!
Just a quick eye that i did today for my lil trip to the mall, also i wanted to show you how i test to see which shades to together. its kinda silly way of doing it but i do it on my eye and cheeks like so:

byt he time i took this pic all the colors kinda melded into a cotton candy patch lol.
ANd here goes the eye look:

My hair is a mess, hence the hat.

close up (scary i know, im sorry). BTW closeup shows all the lil mistakes, i hate it. I lined bottom lid with a angled brush and i was soo scared getting close to my eye. the other eye did much better.

And the colors i used:

Top row second to last color on the right, and bottom row last color on the right.
And thats all folks!
Bye~

I swear my camera came THIS CLOSE to death today. I was so frustrated by how crappy it is. Ladies, NEVER waste your money on a cheap camera.
Ok now that i got that off my chest, here goes my entry for Retail_Therapy's contest (see here) in celebration of her hitting 100 subs. My look was based on the lovely Jessica White's eye look

I used what colors i had to recreate her look at this is the result.
Side view:

It looks more blue then green but the only green i had that complemented this blue was a sea green which had blue elements to it.
Front View:

Closeup:

I used the following products:

L to R: cream eyeshadow (i dont know the brand or color sorry), Nyx Lanikai e/s, elf clear eyebrow gel, CG Queen liq foundation in Rich Mink, L'oreal HIP cream eyeliner in black, L'oreal HIP pigment in Striving, MAC 217 brush, Apt 5 foundation Brush, Essence of beauty e/s brush, Prestige shadow sweep Brush. Tweezerman eyelash curler. ALso (not pictured) CG lashblast mascara (it rolled out of the pic LMAO!)
So wish me luck!

Ladies, i apologize for my extreme laziness in only doing one eye but my nephew knocked over my eye makeup remover and i didn't get a chance to buy a new one yet so me being the pure lazy devil that i am, i only did one eye becuase its going to take me a while to soak off the waterproof mascara without makeup remover.
This is the look that i was going for (i found this pic on google btw, i dont kno who it is but for some reason i think this is a sugar user...she looks soo familiar.):

Ok and here's my attempt at mimicking the look:

Eyeshadows:
I used my Nyx products: Keylime for the green, and Sunnyday for the pink.
Physicians Formula: Baked sands Trio - the lightest shade for highlight but it was too light so i went over the top of it with the bronzey color to tone it down
Eyeliner:
L'oreal Lineur Intense felt tip liquid liner in Mineral grey
Mascara:
L'oreal Lashout in Black (waterproof)

So i finally got around to playing with my Nyx shadows and i came up with the eye below.

Since the pink was so bright i decided to temper it with the dark blue to bring it down a level. I'm sure that if i had primed my eye beforehand the colors would have shown up more vibrantly but i wanted to see if the look could be successful without foundation and primer as i'm always rushing in the morning and wouldnt have time for a whole routine.
Products used:
Nyx Chaotic (Blue) - Crease
Nyx Fuschia (pinkish purple?) - Lid
Nyx Oro (golden chrome) - Highlight under brow
L'oreal Lashout mascara - Black (waterproof)
